1. Does LUMLU ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this to make it available in the future:
India, Morocco, Jamaica, Barbados, Gibraltar, Algeria, Slovakia, Latvia.
2. When will my order be processed and shipped?
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During certain peak holiday seasons, processing may take 48-72 hours.
Dispatch: Packages will be dispatched from our domestic shipping facility within 48-72 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, a notification email containing your tracking number will be sent directly to your mailbox.

4. How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping for qualifying orders: Free shipping on orders over $35.
For orders under $35, a flat shipping fee of $8.99 will apply for standard default logistics. Please note that shipping to certain regions (such as Puerto Rico and Brazil) will incur a flat charge of $12.99.
5. Will I have to pay customs taxes and duties?
Each country enforces its own unique customs rules, restrictions, and import policies. We recommend contacting your local customs office for the most accurate information. In rare cases where import duties, tariffs, or local taxes are levied upon arrival, the customer is responsible for completing these payments.
