Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at LUMLU. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
  • It must have all original tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at appleyardina@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), LUMLU will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: For personal reasons (e.g., "don't like it," "doesn't fit"), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Sale items and gift cards.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
